About ANC Trading Community

Expert market analysis, trading strategies and financial insights — and the unglamorous detail underneath them, which is usually what decides whether a trade was worth taking.

Most of what a retail trader needs to decide is buried somewhere unhelpful. The spread that decides whether a strategy is viable is three clicks into a fee schedule. The regulator that decides whether you can get your money back is a logo in a footer. The prop firm rule that invalidates your payout is in a PDF.

ANC Trading Community exists to put those things side by side. We publish market data and research on brokers, prop firms and platforms, we host a forum where traders compare notes on what actually happened when they tried to withdraw, and we run events for people who would rather learn in a room. The research is free, and you do not need an account to read any of it.

What we are not is a broker. We do not hold client money, execute orders or manage accounts, and nothing here is a personal recommendation to buy or sell anything.

What we publish

Market data and tools

Quotes, charts, an economic calendar and the calculators that turn a market view into a position size — in one place, in one timezone.

Broker and prop firm research

Regulation, spreads, swaps, minimum deposits and withdrawal terms, laid out so two firms can actually be compared rather than admired separately.

Reviews from real accounts

What traders who hold an account report about funding, execution and getting paid — moderated for abuse, not for sentiment.

A community and events

Discussion boards for strategy and platforms, plus in-person bootcamps for people who learn faster in a room than on a chart.

How this is paid for

Affiliate revenue. Many of the outbound links to brokers and prop firms carry a referral parameter, and we may be paid when someone opens an account through one. We would rather say that here, plainly, than bury it — because it is the obvious question to ask of any site that reviews the companies it links to.

The part that matters is what it does not buy:

Commercial relationships never move a rating
A firm cannot buy a better score, a higher ranking or the removal of criticism. Firms we earn nothing from are listed on exactly the same terms as firms we do.
Sponsored means labelled
Referral links are marked as sponsored in the page markup, and anything paid for is identified as such where you read it, not in a policy page you never open.
Indicative data says so
Where a figure is for comparison rather than execution, the page tells you. Where a panel is showing sample data while a feed is connected, it carries a badge.
We correct things in public
Broker terms change constantly and we get things wrong. Tell us and we fix the page rather than quietly leaving it.

Found something wrong?

Corrections from traders who hold the account are how most errors on this site get found. They are always welcome, and always free to send.
