Privacy Policy

Almost nothing. This website has no user accounts, no login and no database of visitors. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording of any kind, and we do not build a profile of you.

We do not sell personal information, because we do not hold any to sell.

The site sets no cookies. It does use your browser’s local storage for exactly two preferences, both of which stay on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else:

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. These exist to keep the service running and secure. We do not use them to identify individuals and we do not combine them with anything else.

This is the part that matters most, because these are not under our control and they have their own policies:

The contact and bug-report forms do not send anything from the page. They assemble a message and hand it to your own email program, so nothing you type reaches us until you press send in your mail client, and what arrives is an ordinary email. We keep those emails for as long as it takes to deal with what you wrote and to keep a record of corrections.

The newsletter signup on this site is not yet connected to a mailing provider. Nothing entered into it is stored or transmitted anywhere. When a real provider is connected, this section will say who it is before that changes.

Signing up for the ANC community takes you to a separate application on another domain, which does have accounts and does hold personal data. This policy covers this website only; that service has its own terms and privacy policy, and you should read them there.

Because we hold so little, most of the control sits with you. Clearing your browser’s site data removes both stored preferences. Blocking third-party scripts will stop the TradingView widgets loading, and the rest of the site will still work.

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to support@anctradingcommunity.com from the same address and we will remove it.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

If our practices change — if we add analytics, connect a mailing list, or introduce accounts — we will update this page and change the date at the top before or when that happens, not afterwards.
