Terms of Use

Last updated 6 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the ANC Trading Community website. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us rather than guessing.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when the wording last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

ANC Trading Community publishes research, market data and educational material about trading, and hosts discussion between traders. That is the whole of it.

We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a fund manager or a financial adviser. We do not accept deposits, hold client money, execute orders, manage accounts or take a position on anything you trade. When you open an account with a firm you found here, that relationship is entirely between you and them, under their regulator.

3. Nothing here is financial advice

Everything on this site is general information and education. It is not a personal recommendation, and it takes no account of your objectives, your financial position, your tax situation or your tolerance for loss.

Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any losses that follow from them. If you are unsure whether something is suitable for you, take advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional before you act.

4. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly direct any part of it at them.

Some of the firms and services described here are not available in every country. It is your responsibility to check that using them is lawful where you live.

5. How we are paid

Many of the outbound links to brokers and proprietary trading firms are referral links that carry a tracking parameter, and we may be paid a commission if you open an account through one. Those links are marked as sponsored in the page markup. This is how the research on this site is funded, and you should assume any link to a provider is one of them.

Being paid does not buy a rating, a ranking, or the removal of criticism. Firms we earn nothing from are covered on exactly the same terms as firms we do. If you believe you have found an exception, tell us and we will correct it in public.

6. Accuracy of information

We take care over what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that any of it is complete, current or correct. Broker terms in particular change frequently and without notice.

Figures presented for comparison — spreads, swaps, fees and similar — are indicative, not executable quotes, and some panels on this site show clearly-labelled sample data while a live feed is connected. Always confirm the current terms with the provider before committing money.

Market data, charts and calendar entries are supplied by third parties. We do not control that data and are not responsible for errors, delays or interruptions in it.

7. Anything you post

If you contribute a review, a comment or a forum post, you keep ownership of what you wrote, and you grant us permission to display, store and distribute it as part of the site.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share. Reviews should describe your own genuine experience.

  • No signal selling, account management offers or referral spam.
  • No personal attacks on other users or on named individuals.
  • Disclose any commercial relationship you have with something you recommend.
  • No attempt to scrape, overload, probe or disrupt the site or the services behind it.

8. Moderation

We may remove content or withdraw access where these terms are broken. Reviews are moderated for spam and abuse rather than for sentiment: a negative review that describes a real experience stays up.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design, and original research on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, and you may not reuse the market data we license from third parties at all — those rights are not ours to pass on.

Broker and company names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification.

11. Availability

The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
