MENA broker leadership is changing quickly. In the first days of November 2026, two brokers named new regional leaders and a third launched in the UAE. Overall, all three are betting on the same idea: in a crowded market, trust and clear execution win clients.
Mohamed Elsergany Becomes CEO MENA at Exclusive Markets

Exclusive Markets, a Seychelles-regulated CFD broker that is part of Exclusive Group, has appointed Mohamed Elsergany as CEO MENA, as reported by FX News Group and Finance Magnates on 3 November. He joins from PU Prime, where he spent about four years, latterly as CEO MENA and before that as Managing Director MENA. His career of nearly 20 years also includes Swissquote, FOREX.com, MIG Bank, CJC Markets, FX Solutions and BMFN Prime.
In his announcement, Elsergany also set out a clear goal: to build the region’s most trusted brokerage “through real partnerships, local presence, and a client experience that sets a new standard.”
Osama Gabr Joins Grand Markets as Regional Sales Director MENA

Grand Markets, a multi-asset forex and CFD broker founded in 2020, has appointed Osama Gabr as Regional Sales Director for MENA. In this role, he will lead regional sales and engagement with clients and partners. Announcing the move, Gabr called it “an opportunity to build, lead and create real impact across the MENA region.”
Definite Goes Live in the UAE

Definite, operated by Definitecom Financial Brokerage Services LLC, has announced that it is officially live. Moreover, its stated ambition is “clarity, transparency, and a straightforward approach to the trading experience,” built by a team with backgrounds in brokerage, markets and technology. Sales Director and markets analyst Mohammed Taha shared the launch. The company’s own materials list two Capital Market Authority licence categories, and readers can check these on the regulator’s public register.
The Innovation Angle in MENA Broker Leadership
Overall, all three moves share a pattern. Exclusive Markets is pairing high-volume trading with copy trading and PAMM. Likewise, Definite is promoting AI-assisted chart-pattern detection and a live market feed inside its platform. Finally, Grand Markets is investing in people on the ground. As a result, the region is no longer won on leverage alone. Technology that makes trading easier to understand, backed by local leaders traders can actually reach, is becoming the edge.
What MENA Broker Leadership Means for Traders and Partners
For traders, more competition usually means better tools and clearer terms, but it also means more choice to evaluate. Therefore, always check regulation, costs and support before you open an account. Our broker directory and forex broker comparisons are a good place to start.
Meanwhile, for introducing brokers and affiliates, leadership changes often bring new regional programmes. ANC tracks these shifts so partners can make informed choices, whether through our IB programme or our affiliate programme reviews.
