XS.com Hanna Le is the name behind one of this week’s more interesting broker hires. On 4 November 2026, XS.com announced that it had rehired Hanna Le as Regional Business Development Director for Vietnam. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City and returns after a year at rival broker GTCFX.

The XS.com Hanna Le Role
Le will lead business development in Vietnam, focusing on partner relationships, growth opportunities and the broker’s local presence, working with regional and marketing teams.
“My focus will be on strengthening our local presence, building strategic partnerships, and creating new opportunities that empower our partners and clients to achieve their business ambitions,” Le said.
Wael Hammad, Group Chief Commercial Officer at XS.com, said her “knowledge of the market, experience in leading business development teams, and familiarity with our organisation position her well for this role.”
XS.com Hanna Le’s Career Path
In fact, this is her second stint at XS.com. She was Country Manager there from November 2023 to July 2024, then spent a year at GTCFX as Business Development Director, leading the sales team, until June 2025, according to her LinkedIn profile as reported by Finance Magnates.
Before that she was Country Manager at Radex Markets (December 2022 to November 2023) and a sales manager at Info Finance, which helped brokers enter Vietnam. She began in banking as a Senior Sales Officer at Shinhan Bank.
Why Talent Moves Matter in Southeast Asia
Generally, brokers in this region compete on relationships as much as on pricing. A business development lead who already knows the local partners, and whom they already know, is a shortcut a marketing budget cannot buy. That helps explain why country managers move between brokers so often.
Finance Magnates counts Le as the sixth senior hire XS.com has announced since March. Also, we covered a similar wave in our MENA broker leadership roundup, and a different kind of appointment in Mohammed Al Hakim at MultiBank Group.
The Regulatory Backdrop
Finance Magnates notes that Vietnam does not regulate retail online margin trading, and only institutions licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam may deal in foreign exchange and derivatives. Offshore brokers still hire local managers, which the publication calls a grey area.
Accordingly, readers in Vietnam should check the local rules themselves. This article is news and analysis, not an invitation to trade.
What It Signals for Traders and Partners
Overall, regional hires show where a broker plans to invest in support and partner programmes. They say nothing about regulation, pricing or safety of funds, so judge those separately. Our broker directory is a useful place to compare providers.
For introducing brokers and affiliates, a new regional director often means new partner terms and a new contact. Our IB programme page explains how ANC works with partners.

Do broker hires like this change how you judge a provider, or do you only look at regulation and costs?
