The Revolut valuation has reached US$115 billion. On 4 November 2026, the UK fintech confirmed it had completed a secondary share sale at that price, making it Europe’s most valuable private tech company. Founder and CEO Nik Storonsky says the goal now is to serve 100 million customers.

What Happened
The sale was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford, with existing and new investors joining. Because it was a secondary sale of existing shares, it mainly gave employees and early backers a chance to cash in. It was not a fresh capital raise, and Revolut did not say how much changed hands.
The price is 53% above the US$75 billion valuation set in November 2025, and the figure first surfaced in reports in July.
The Numbers Behind the Revolut Valuation
- Revenue: US$6.0 billion in 2025, up 46%.
- Pre-tax profit: US$2.3 billion, up 57%.
- Customers: more than 80 million worldwide.
Storonsky’s Global Bank Plan
This year Revolut launched full banking operations in the UK, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, and won banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina. It also holds conditional approval for a US national bank charter.
“Every bank we launch means more people get a better way to manage their money, wherever they live,” Storonsky said. He added that employee ownership “has been central to our culture from day one.”
Why Traders Should Care
Revolut is no longer only a payments app. Through CMC Markets Connect infrastructure it offers CFDs in 29 countries, mostly in Europe, and it had at least 14 million fully onboarded crypto users as of October 2025, about 22% of its customer base.
The direction is clear. Banking, stock trading, CFDs and digital assets are merging into single apps, and traditional brokers will feel the pressure to match that convenience. A similar digital-asset push drove MultiBank Group’s latest leadership appointment.
A big valuation says nothing about how any single product performs for you. Check regulation, costs and execution before you use any platform. The ANC Trading Community platform helps with that: you can compare trading platforms, follow live market sentiment and learn alongside other traders. If you build audiences in this space, our IB programme is open to introducing brokers.
